The ideal candidate will have experience working with OEMs in the Agriculture or Construction markets and will have a history of successfully growing key accounts.
Duties and responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by establishing presence and trust with all key personnel in the buying decision process including procurement, engineering, quality, production and management Own the account by acting as the primary contact point for all assigned accounts; monitor and manage the customer scorecard Grow revenue by identifying opportunities to expand within existing accounts Initiate and develop relationships with potential customers and convert them into active new customers Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback and offer solutions to their challenges in order to maximize customer satisfaction Respond to RFQs in a timely manner and follow up accordingly Develop account goals and strategies and track and report progress Provide accurate forecasts and reports on account performance Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams to address problems and to advance our business opportunities Maintain key account data in company CRM Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications A proven track record of success in developing new accounts, growing existing accounts, and fostering customer relationships.
3-5 years of account management experience in a manufacturing environment A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft applications Basic knowledge of the industry and the company's products or services.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints and engineering specifications Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Strategic and analytical mindset Curious and creative approach to solving problems Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft applications Working conditions Office environment 50% of the time Field Activity/Travel 40% of the time Shop environment 10% of the time Benefits include:
